Gentle Holy Yoga class with Harp Meditation

This is a free sample class of Holy Yoga, which utilizes yoga as a spiritual discipline for the Christian. The class includes prayer, scripture, an asana sequence and a time of meditation on the Word.

NOTE: My apologies that the harp music did not come through on the recording even though it was clear in the live class. Since this is a free sample, I will not be re-recording this class.
